Black Excellence on Broadway

Love & Light Productions’ Inaugural Black History Month concert will recognize performers like LaChanze, Lillias White, Andre De Shields, and others for their countless contributions to Broadway History. Our legends fought tirelessly to ensure Black performers had a space to share their artistry on the Great White Way, and this evening is a celebration of their legacy. Aisha Jackson (Frozen), Saint Aubyn (Ain’t Too Proud), Rachel Simone Webb (& Juliet), Kayla Davion (TINA), and additional Broadway performers will pay homage to the beautiful, Black Broadway artists that have inspired them on their journey. Honored guests will be invited as VIPs and given their flowers, literally and figuratively, for their impact on our lives and this industry. You’ll laugh, dance, and probably throw a shoe...or two!. Most of all, you’ll walk away with joy and more knowledge about the Black Excellence that overflows on Broadway. We hope you can join us for what’s sure to be a magical evening!
